Description

土耳其千層蜜餅，是根據土耳其人自己朔源, 在奧斯曼帝國時期定下的流傳至今的宮廷甜點。千層蜜餅受到奧斯曼蘇丹及嬪妃與貴族喜愛, 在特別節日喜慶宴會上獻給宮廷貴族的甜點，具有濃厚的儀式感。

開心果碎灑在薄如紙的麵皮(yufka)之間,一層疊上一層, 塗上奶油、糖漿或蜂蜜，再烤焗而製成，保證令你一試難忘！

需冷藏，食用前存放室溫2小時，解雪可直接享用；也建議以微波爐加熱160度2分鐘，味道更佳入口溶化；千萬不要放焗爐翻焗。
